“ We had an excellent lunch here today and will definitely be back again. Very good food, very good choice (including carvery and vegan options). Friendly, helpful and obliging staff. The decor is excellent, the views panoramic and parking is free and plentiful. The restaurant is easy to find - follow the signs for the Falkirk Wheel area and when you reach the road leading to the Wheel you will find the restaurant immediately on the left hand side. I asked about vegan options when we arrived and they gave us their vegan menu (choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses and 3 desserts) and explained that other normal menu items could be tweaked to make them vegan - my partner was blown away as her vegan choices are usually very limited. Prices were a bit on the expensive side for lunch but it was well worth it for the overall experience. They do not take lunchtime bookings but will take bookings from 5pm onwards. ”
